Acceptable Use
You agree to use Repatch only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:
- Submit false or malicious bug reports
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with the proper operation of the service
- Submit content that violates the rights of third parties
- Use the service for any illegal activity
GitHub App Permissions
By using Repatch, you authorize us to create issues in your GitHub repositories on your behalf. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the necessary rights to create issues in your repositories
- Configuring appropriate repository permissions for the GitHub App
- Reviewing and managing issues created through the service
Rate Limiting
To ensure service stability, we implement rate limiting. Each widget is limited to 10 requests per minute per IP address. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary throttling.
Quota Limits
Free tier accounts are limited to 25 bug submissions per month per account. Pro tier accounts have a 10,000 submission monthly limit. We reserve the right to enforce these limits and may suspend accounts that exceed them.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Repatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We are not responsible for any data loss, including bug reports or screenshots that may be lost due to service interruptions or technical issues.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repatch and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
